WHERE YOU POSITION YOURSELF DETERMINES WHAT YOU WILL SEE.
DON’T BE CARRIED AWAY WITH THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE AROUND YOU, HUNT FOR AN ENCOUNTER.

This is the 25th Shiloh. Glory to God. He’s worthy. In Jesus wonderful name we have prayed. Hallelujah!
I can see somebody is in a hurry to be blessed at Shiloh. You are God’s target and you will not miss your blessings.
Tonight on the behalf of God’s servant, the Apostle over this Commission, the Prophet amongst us to whom God delivered the mandate of Shiloh, Bishop David Oyedepo, to welcome everyone of us across the Globe to this great prophetic Event ‘Shiloh 2023’ where God is going to teach us His redeemed how to flourish in hard times. If I were you, I would be waving bye bye to hard times. Hallelujah! Amen.
What defines an event, a prophetic event at Shiloh 2023 is an encounter.
We have no business gathered together at this Prophetic Turnaround event without looking for an encounter and I want to assure tonight at the Opening Session of Shiloh 2023, God will meet with you here.
You too will meet with God here. As a matter of fact, you will not only have a testimony, you will leave here as a testimonial.
As we have been told over and over again, Shiloh is a place of encounter. For instance, it was a place (where) a sorrowful woman Hannah came and she returned smiling.
It’s a place of turnaround where the poor are made rich, where the sick are made whole, where the oppressed are been delivered and I know that you are going to encounter that!
This is why I like you to know that attendance is good but does not qualify for an encounter. We thank God you came to attend but much more, we are going to thank God that you are going to encounter.
Everybody has come, you will now have to define your position from now. You don’t wait for an encounter, you hunt for an encounter, you strategize for an encounter, you position yourself for an encounter. It’s one thing to be in a place, it’s another thing for you to be positioned rightly so you can see what God is showing, so you can receive the touch that God wants to give you.
Therefore, never be carried away with the number of people around you, hunt for an encounter, look for an encounter.
Somebody here at Shiloh 2023, no matter where you are at the surface of the Earth, the same God at Shiloh ground is going to be reaching out to you in the name of Jesus!
It’s not just about a place, it’s about positioning. It is what determines the encounter you are going to get.
In our former office in Raji-Oba, the 7 storey building, one day, I looked through the window and I saw the airport tarmac. I could see planes landing and taking off. If I told anybody on the ground floor that can you see? I am seeing planes landing and taking off, he will say “what are you talking about?”
The reason he would question that is because he couldn’t stand where I am standing. Where you position yourself determines what you will see. Where you position yourself will determine how you speak, where you position yourself will determine you are going to have. Therefore, right positioning and the summary of that positioning is spirituality. Be highly spiritual. Let your eyes look spiritually. Let your prayer be loaded with the Spirit of God. Let your appearance be spiritually cautioned and controlled.
Do less greetings, do more meetings with God. You didn’t come to greet people, you came to meet with God and you are going to meet with God.
Before the encounter of Sarah, she was meeting with people, she was greeting people until that year she made up her “I must meet with God.”
Is that what somebody is saying here tonight? Say it right now “I must meet with God. At Shiloh 2023, I must meet with God.”
Finally, let’s be reminded that the master key to all encounters is the Word. “And the Lord appeared again at Shiloh to Samuel by His Word.” 1 Samuel 3:21…By His Word! The Lord appeared again…Everytime we come to Shiloh, He appears again.
It’s a place of His appearance and tonight and all through this Prophetic Event for this Week up until Saturday, Sunday, we are going to be enjoying Divine appearances. The natural will give way to the supernatural. Human will give way to divine life.
The Lord appeared again. Once we are gathered, He has appeared. So anything can happen even from now. Don’t wait till Saturday.
God is working everyday at Shiloh particularly this Year’s Shiloh, you will surely flourish in hard times.
Therefore, get ready for the Word of the Lord even like John said “I was before the Lord on the Lord’s day, for His Word and for His testimony.”
The Word that will produce testimony in your life shall be fully delivered to you at Shiloh 2023.
Will you therefore lift up your hand and make your proclamation? I am encountering God by His Word. I am encountering His Word. Nothing will distract me. I am encountering His Word at Shiloh 2023.
