MESSAGE TOPIC: DIVINE VISITATION (2)

MESSAGE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding when Divine visitation is needed
WHAT CAUSES GOD TO VISIT A PEOPLE/LAND?
1(6). When the potential of the land and her people are unrealised, it will provoke the visitation of God (Ex. 4:2)
2(7). When Divine promises and prophecies on the land remain unfulfilled, it will provoke the visitation of God (Josh. 21:45)
3(8). When Divine purpose and destiny for a land and her people are at stake, it will provoke the visitation of God (Jer. 29:11)
4(9). When God’s covenant and agreement with His people is in contention, it will provoke the visitation of God (Ex. 2:24)
5(10). When a land is to be brought into the knowledge of the Almightiness of God, it will provoke the visitation of God (Num. 14:21; Isa. 26:9)
There are times when people don’t know God until some drastic things begin to happen
When God begins to judge the wickedness in the land then people know that there is a God in the land
WHAT TRIGGERS DIVINE VISITATION?
1(3). Passion for God (Ex. 3:1)
When you have passion for God you will have passion for His purpose
2(4). Passion for the land
PRAYERS:
Father, arise, have mercy on us and heal our land, in Jesus’ Name. (2 Chron. 7:14)
Father, I am here tonight; I receive fresh help, impartation and grace to pray and stand in the gap for our country Nigeria; anoint Your servant and everyone ministering tonight to stand in the gap for the nation, in Jesus’ Name. (Ezek. 22:30)
Father, I ask tonight, on this ground that You visit me oh God in an unusual dimension; visit me, my family, Abuja, and Nigeria in an unusual dimension Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (Gen. 21:1-2)
Father, tonight, I invoke and provoke Your fire against every affliction and oppression of my life, destiny, family and of Nigeria; oh God tonight, let no evil escape Your fire on this mountain Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (Joel 2:3)
Father, I ask tonight concerning Your servant that You will put my Word and a Word for
the nation in his mouth tonight, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, tonight hear our prayer and answer from Your secret place of thunder. Show that You are
God and that You are still on the throne, in Jesus’ Name.

Arise Lord and let Your enemies and the enemies of this nation be scattered in this season Lord, in Jesus’ Name. (Ps. 68:1)
Father, we ask that You scatter those who delight in war in Nigeria, Lord in Jesus Name. Scatter their plot, agenda and organization Lord in Jesus Name – Psalm 68:30.
Father, we ask for the destruction by fire of every weapon of war gathered against the good people of Nigeria, Lord in Jesus Name. Make the war in Nigeria to cease, Lord in Jesus Name – Psalm 46:8-10
Father, we ask that the weapons of terrorists, bandits, kidnappers and killers would be turned both against each other and against their sponsors and promoters, Lord in Jesus Name – 2 Chronicles 20:22-23.
Father, we ask that every covenant of bloodshed, wasting, destruction in Nigeria entered into by any group of persons on behalf of Nigeria be nullified by the Blood of Jesus, in Jesus Name – Col. 2:14-15, Rev. 12:11.
Father, You are the Lord of Peace. We ask that You will give Nigeria Peace always and by all means Lord in Jesus Name. Whatever it takes for Nigeria to have Peace, do it Lord – 2 Thessalonians 3:16.
Father, thank You for answered prayers tonight, in Jesus’ Name. (Matt. 7:8).
