Praise the Lord!
I want to welcome everyone here today, I want to welcome His Royal Highness, Ibrahim Daratu, the District Head. We also want to appreciate the presence of Alhaji Ishaka. We are here to release the love of our Lord and Saviour. We are here to let you know that, God is love. We are here to let you know that, God is life and we are here to let you know that, God is interested in the welfare and well-being of human being.
It is our hope that as we come to minister to you today with the provision of portable drinking water for this community, with the provision of several materials for children, ministration for widows and women and those in need, we believe that our lives will never remain the same.
It is good to know that God is interested in the welfare of all human being; His love is extended to people of all tribes, all religions and on this day in which I am celebrating my birthday, I decided to beyond the Church make some personal effort in the work we are doing here.
I am working in contact with the Welfare Department of the Church, who are always on duty at this kind of places. We believe that our lives will never remain the same!
– I pray that every one of us will know God and know Him in truth and not know Him in assumption. We will know Him and know His love, so that by the time we leave this world, we will not deceive ourselves; Heaven will be our home.
So shall it be!
Having said that, I will like everyone here who want to hand over their lives to God, to know the true God and know Him in reality, pray this prayer with me:
“Oh God, I come before You today, help me to know You; to know You the true God and to live my life to please You, so that when I leave this world, Heaven will be my home. Help me oh God, not to leave this world until I know You in truth.”
