TOPIC: CAUSES OF ILL HEALTH

TEXT: PSALM 119:67 

1. INTRODUCTION

It is important to note that not every sickness is healable by prayer; some are healable only by information. There is a connection between light and health, knowledge and freedom (John 8:32). Today, we shall be understanding the factors that contribute to ill health

1. CAUSES/ORIGINS OF ILL HEALTH
2. Biological: It is easily traceable to a bacteria, virus or parasite or it is pathological. Maybe it can be traceable to a diseased organ 
3. Nutritional: These are food related issues that affect health- these can be under-nutrition or over-nutrition.
4. Behavioural: These are lifestyle related diseases- for example, an alcoholic may not escape chronic liver disease.
5. Generational: These are the ones that are inherited through the bloodline. e.g., diabetes, mental issues etc.
6. Spiritual: These are purely enemy wickedness arrows
7. WHAT TO DO TO HANDLE ILL HEALTH
8. Ensure that you make Jehovah Rapha your Healer (Ex. 15:26)
9. Ensure that you eat appropriately and healthily (Acts 27: 34)
10. Ensure that you adjust your lifestyle so as to give room for infirmity (Ps 107:17)
11. Reject every ancestral or generational transfer by the power of the blood of Jesus (Jer 31:29-30, Gal 3:13-14)
12. COUNSEL: Give your health attention, and do all it takes to handle every trace of ill-health as mentioned above
13. FOOD FOR THOUGHT: Not every sickness is healable by Prayer; some are healable only by information and the right lifestyle
14. PRACTICAL APPLICATION: Live well to live healthy

1. Father, thank You for Your goodness and mercies. Thank You also for the multiplications and cell plantings of last week. Receive all the praise, Lord, in Jesus’ Name – Psalms 145:1-2.
2. Father, we decree the rescue of every captive of hell unto salvation across all our harvest fields and let it be evident by the harvest of multitudes in all our services tomorrow, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. Isaiah 49:25.
3. Father, we ask that You give every Dunamite a visitation in this season. We ask for the defense of Your Glory against every agenda of wickedness over our lives and families, Lord, in Jesus’ Name. Isaiah 4:5.
4. Father, we ask that You will work in ways and manner beyond any human comprehension to enforce Your Plans and Agenda for the destiny of our Nation. Suspend protocols for the Sake of Your Kingdom agenda for Nigeria, LORD, in Jesus’ Name. Isaiah 55:8-9.
5. Father, I decree and declare that every mischief calculated, orchestrated and organized against my person, my career, family and loved ones in this season be frustrated. I decree today that I shall eat the good of the land. I take delivery of my appropriate position in life NOW, in the Name of Jesus. Psalms 52:1-5
6. Father, thank You because we have the solution to our petitions already. Receive all the Glory, in Jesus’ Name- 1 John 5:15.
