AUGUST 2018 PRESERVATION AND POWER COMMUNION SERVICE – 1ST AUGUST 2018
ANCHOR SCRIPTURE(S): 1 SAMUEL 23:1-13; 2 SAMUEL 5:17-20, 22-23
MESSAGE TOPIC: PRESERVATION BY DIVINE DIRECTION

SERVICE OBJECTIVES:
1. Knowing the preservation power of Divine direction
2. Understanding how Divine direction preserves
There is no battle that can overcome a mantle.


THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Divine direction is a secret of human life and destiny preservation
Knowing what God is saying can prevent you from dying before time
2. Existence in assumption leads to frustration and ends in destruction
A life left to chance has no chance
3. Divine direction happens for those who value direction
4. The Unction will always attract confrontation
5. The confrontation is designed to bow for the Unction
6. Direction is key to the defeat of the opposition
7. Existence in assumption is existence for destruction
8. To be married to tradition is to deliver frustration
9. Direction is the guarantee of preservation
If reproach must end, approach must change.

PROFIT OF DIVINE DIRECTION:
1. Direction from God is escape route from danger, disaster and destruction (1Sam. 23:1-13; Num. 22:23-31)
2. Direction from God imparts the Unction to overcome the opposition (the adversary) (1Sam. 30:8-9, 17-19; Ps. 29:4; Isa. 30:31)
Inside the Voice of God is the power of God to beat down the enemy
3. Direction from God unveils enemy operations (strategies) for frustration and neutralization (2Chron. 20:16; John 1:5; 2 Kings 6:16-20)
4. Direction from God reveals relevant action steps for victory over the enemy (2Chron. 20:16-24; 2 Sam 5:23)
God is the only one that can make you a spectator in your own battle; you should be fighting yet you are just watching
5. Direction from God imparts conviction and confidence (faith) necessary for victory over the enemy (Acts 27:22-25, 33-34; 1 John 5:4; Rom. 10:17; 1 Sam. 30:8-9)
The voice of the Lord begets faith and faith guarantees victory (1 John 5:4).
COUNSEL:
1. Avoid the way of assumption to avoid frustration and destruction (Prov. 14:12; 16:25)
Not everything that looks right is right!
Not all that glitters is gold – let God guide you!
2. Place high value on Divine direction (Hos. 6:3; Phil. 3:10-13)
God will not give insight where there is no interest
3. Do not be afraid or tired of asking for direction (Jer. 6:16; Isa. 21:12; Matt. 7:7-8)
It is those who ask questions that are qualified for answers
No matter how colourful your personal plans may seem to be, they can never be as beautiful as the plan of God for your life
Not every good idea is a God idea,
At times, God’s plans may look like they are punishing you but they are actually polishing you!
PRAYERS
Father, thank You for Your Word to us tonight. We love and appreciate You for Your Word. To You be all the glory Lord in Jesus’ Name!
Father, help me to avoid the way of assumption so I don’t end in destruction; help me to place a high value on Divine direction, and help me not to be tired of asking for Divine direction Lord, in Jesus’ Name

COMMUNION FOCUS (JOHN 10:18):
Communion of preservation and direction; as we take the Blood and Body of Christ, the same direction Christ had that made Him never to miss the way is released upon you now.

ANOINTING FOCUS (1 JOHN 2:20; ISAIAH 10:27; PSALM 105:14-15):
Anointing for preservation direction; in this eight month, receive preservation fire, receive a shift in level and a dimensional shift

PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– Every delay in your life is arrested! The miracle that God will give you will wipe away the years of shame and reproach!
– In this eighth month of the year, something is shifting in your life; it is a change in dimension
– In this eighth month of the year, receive dimensional shifts
– In this eighth month, the covenant shall work for you!
– In this eighth month, you are shifting in dimension and changing levels all together!
– Every embargo and siege of the enemy placed on your life, marriage and career is lifted now in Jesus!
– God is giving you double for your delay and triple for your trouble in Jesus’ Name!
