The president and founder of the Living Faith church aka Winners Chapel Bishop David Oyedepo made the announcement on Friday night, 11 December 2015 Shiloh, Encounter Night.
The church is said to be a 100,000 seat capacity for adults and 10,000 for children. see the proposed church photo below.
